Kapuso host Lyn Ching-Pascual shared her body transformation and weight loss journey which gained attention from netizens as she posted her before and after photos on social media.

In her Instagram post, Lyn shared how she was able to shred off some weight without having to starve herself and go on a strict diet.

Lyn said that she still eats a lot including sweets and the food she used to eat.

According to her, it is not about what she eats but when she eats as she follows the 16:8 intermittent fasting ratio where she gets to eat within an eight-hour window and abstain from any consumption of food for the remaining 16 hours.
