Rey Pamaran filed a P3-million slander case against actress Melissa Mendez in relation to a plane altercation that resulted to the offloading of Melissa from the plane.
Parties involved took to social media their side of the story that prompted Rey to issue a statement that Melissa should tell the truth or he will file a case against her.
Melissa posted on Instagram an apology to Rey and company but this does not sit well with Rey. Rey made good his statement by filing a case against Melissa. Rey demands that the apology is not enough, Melissa should tell the truth and clear his name.
Actor Robin Padilla came into the picture by asking Rey to just forgive Melissa for her actions. Rey responded that he has forgiven Melissa and he still wants Melissa to tell the truth and clear his name.

To prove that he is not after the money, Rey suggested that he will instead give Melissa the 3 million, and in exchange Melissa should tell the truth.
