Veteran actress Melissa Mendez finally decided to apologize to Rey Pamaran. In her Instagram post, Melissa simply wants to move on and put this incident behind her.
Melissa added that regardless of what really happen, she has no right to physically hurt Pamaran. Melissa even quoted Martin Luther King Jr. in her photo caption:
