“On the Wings of Love” cast Cherry Pie Picache received an “early Christmas gift” after the court’s decision to sentence her mother’s killer with reclusion perpetua.
According to an article published by GMA News, Cherry Pie together with her brother Erwin Herrera was seen at the declaration of the court’s decision on suspect Michael Flores last Thursday (December 10, 2015).

Flores pleaded guilty of robbery and homicide in October 2014 and will have a prison term ranging from 20 years and 1 day to 40 years.
On a recent Instagram post by the actress last Tuesday (December 8, 2015), Cherry Pie shared a prayer, where she asked for justice regarding her mother’s murder case.
The actress mentioned to GMA News that the court’s decision will serve as an “early Christmas gift” for her and her family.
Cherry Pie’s mom, Zenaida Sison, was murdered inside her Quezon City home back in September 2014.
