How do you maintain a great health even if you are busy at work? Athlete-turned-broadcaster and TV host Gretchen Ho shared her office workout secrets for everyone to try.

On her Instagram account, Gretchen posted a video showing her exercise while at work. She included the following caption:

“Because if you’re serious about working out… You can do it anywhere. Yes, even in the office.

Workout #1: Brisk Walking
Walk like walkathoners do. Make sure to have the right posture and keep your core tight to maximize the effects. This is for cardio!

Workout #2: Under-The-Table Leg Raise
Raise each leg one by one and again make sure that you sit up straight & keep your core intact. This is for ab work!
