Playing the role of a closeted gay security guard in the upcoming movie ‘That Thing Called Tanga Na’, actor and television host Billy Crawford said that he just takes rumors linking him to his friend Luis Manzano lightly.
“Ay pinagtatawanan lang namin yon. Mas lalo kaming naglalandian sa isa’t isa para mainis lang yung mga yon. We enjoy working together. Si Lulu Boy (tawag niya kay Luis), isa sa matalik kong kaibigan yan,” Billy told Push.com.ph during his solo press conference for the said film.

Billy also said that he also does not believe the rumors that Luis is gay.
“To be honest, sa akin naman, wala akong pakialam kahit pagdudahan siya. Kilala n’yo naman si Luis. Hindi namin pinag-uusapan yon. Pag secure ka (sa gender) secure ka di ba?,” he said.
“I mean, really don’t care. I don’t look for a friend and hinuhusgahan ko agad ang gender niya. I don’t do that,” he added.
