Following his shocking revelation that he and 20-year-old American model Sara Grace Kelly have called their year-long relationship quits, Kapamilya hunk actor Jake Cuenca recalled and shared how his ex-girlfriend broke up with him.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News after a product endorsement launch on Thursday (March 17, 2016), Jake looked back and remembered how he and Sara mutually decided to part ways and live their separate lives.

The 29-year-old hunk actor initially revealed that Sara called it quits primarily because of the pressure and difficulty of being in a long distance relationship. Through his recent interview, Jake shared how the New York-based model broke his heart and ended their relationship through a phone call.
“It was over the phone kasi malayo kami sa isa’t isa. She had good reasons too kasi nga ang hirap. I have to understand na she’s only 20. Para ipilit ang mga responsibilidad na ganoon sa kanya, I don’t think that’s fair.”
Despite breaking through the phone, Jake said that he and Sara were able to deal with the break up in a civil manner. He added that the separation was not planned and just happened at that moment.
