Actor Jake Cuenca confirmed that his relationship with girlfriend Sara Grace Kelley is over. The relationship ended sometime December of 2015. But despite the breakup, Jake said they remain friends and still in touch.
In a report by Jobert Sucaldito and Ahwel Paz in DZMM Mismo, Jake said that the reason behind their breakup was due to long distance relationship.
Work and showbiz projects kept Jake busy and has help the actor took his mind off the emotional pain of the breakup.
