Teresita Ssen Winwyn Marquez was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 on Saturday night (Sunday in PH) in Bolivia, making her the very first Filipina to participate and win in the said beauty pageant.
The newly crowned beauty queen bested 26 other ladies who went to Bolivia to compete for the said title. Winwyn succeeded Maria Camila Soleibe from Colombia.
