What’s the difference between a sosyal (classy) and a pa-sosyal (social climber)? This was the topic of the segment adVICE Ganda on the noon time show It’s Showtime aired Friday (June 26, 2015).
Host Vice Ganda borrowed a bag (Hermes brand) from a lady audience that is worth around US$10,000 (500,000.00 pesos). Vice asked the lady audience if he can check what’s inside the bag to explain further the difference between a “sosyal” and a “pa-sosyal.” The lady audience agreed.
The Hermes bag contains the following: a Nokia phone without a back cover, a dirty brush, alcohol, ketchup from fast food chains, toothpick, black pepper, laurel leaves, red and green pepper and a Magic Sarap.
Later on the show, Vice revealed that he is the real owner of the Hermes bag.
