Several months before Madonna’s first concert in the Philippines, Filipino fans had been in buzz as to whether the concert will have a second part. The concert lone presentor Globe Telecom and its producers later announced that the concert, to be held on February 24, 2016, will have its second night on February 25, 2016 due to public demand.
The once in a lifetime experience to witness the Pop Queen and everybody’s ‘Material Girl’ perform live on-stage made the Filipino fans more ecstatic as Globe held an exclusive ticket pre-sale to its customers for two days (July 24 and August 1, 2015). This gave them first dibs to reserve and purchase tickets, which were sold out in a matter of hours.

Teaser videos gave fans a behind-the-scenes sneak peek into the rehearsals of the six-month-long tour. It showcased different costumes, routines, production set-up, props, and dance moves that will make you pine for more.
Madonna also shared in her recent Rolling Stone cover story how involved she is in every aspect of her concerts – from the music, to the floor surface, to everyone’s hairstyle, to small details like buttons, bows, snaps and zippers.
She also worked with world’s top designers like Jean Paul Gaultier, Jeremy Scott and Alexander Wang to collaborate on the costumes according to an article by wwd.com. Even Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele pitched in his ideas.
The pop icon has sold more than 300 million records globally and has recently marked a new world record by being the only artist to have 45 number one songs on any chart in Billboard history.
The Rebel Heart Tour is the 10th worldwide concert tour by Madonna in support of her 13th studio album, Rebel Heart. As its presenter in the Philippines, Globe is making it available for its subscribers to witness this wonderful moment in music history.
