Even the son of celebrity doctor Vicki Belo, Quark Henares cannot get enough of her baby sister, Scarlet Snow when he shared a cute video of her answering his question on Thursday (June 9, 2016).
The video showed how the one year old adorably raised her hand while running when her older brother asked her: ” Scarly where is your kilikili?”
