WATCH: Christie Brinkley poses for SI Swimsuit at 63

Christie Brinkley is returning to the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition with her daughters and she is 63 years old. Christie first graced the cover of the said magazine 1979 and decided to stop 2004. According to Christie, her decision to return is primarily because of the encouragement of her daughters.

Christie just turned 63 last February 2. She was born 1954.

On the Instagram account of Sports Illustrated, they posted a number of photos and a video showing the mother and daughters (Sailor and Alexa) having fun:

"This is a real full circle moment for me," @christiebrinkley said through tears on set. "I can get very emotional about this. How many years ago, I was that insecure girl hoping that I would be good enough for the magazine. So to see my daughters now having the same thoughts I had, and to be able to see them actually be there on the job, was definitely a big moment."
