After months of keeping mum about rumors and speculation circulating on social media suggesting that she is the reason behind Ciara Sotto and Jojo Oconer’s separation, Kapuso actress Valeen Montenegro finally shared her side of the story.
According to a report by GMA7’s Unang Balita on Thursday (March 10, 2016) morning, for the first time since the issue broke, Valeen denied that she is the reason behind Ciara and Jojo’s breakup.

In an interview with PEP, Valeen affirmed that contrary to allegations, she had nothing to do with the Ciara-Jojo separation. In fact, the Kapuso actress said that she has not spoken to either Ciara or Jojo about the issue.
Prior to Valeen’s statement, her talent manager Olive de Jesus already dismissed the rumors back in January 2016. As of now, the Kapuso actress keeps her focus on her upcoming GMA primetime series called “Poor Señorita.”
