She wrote, “This is unprofessional Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa. My family went there to enjoy and relax. Nagbibigay po ako kapag may nagpapa-picture sakin. Empleyado nyo pa naman ito. Train your employees to respect your guests please.”
She continued, “Marjorie Mojica, please learn to respect the privacy of your guests and don’t bash us on social media. Maiintindihan ko pa na inabot ng 2 oras ang pagbigay nyo ng ice at tubig sa amin, ang hindi pagdating ng mga pillows at kumot ng mga bata, ang mga hilaw na pagkain nyo pero sana po ay marunong rumespeto ng kapwa ang inyong empleyado.”
