Hailed as the Ultimate Male Survivor of the fifth season of StarStruck, Steven Silva recently aired his sentiments about his career in his former network GMA-7. He said in the past interviews that he wanted to push his singing career yet he said his talents were not fully explored. However, GMA-7 said they greatly invested on and fulfilled their obligation to Steven.
Even in his Starstruck days, Steven was known for his talent in singing. In early 2015, Steven became part of the musical theater, La Cage aux Folles, where he portrayed the role of Jean-Michel. He also took parts in Grease and Hope for the Flowers.
Steven currently has several appearances in TV5’s Wattpad series. Considering his social media accounts, he is now more focused on his singing career. A sample is his rendition of the boyband One Direction’s Night Changes which he posted on his Youtube account. He also posted a screengrab of their performance on his Instagram account with the caption:
