Steve Harvey explains how and why he committed the mistake

The mistake made by comedian and Miss Universe 2015 host Steve Harvey during the pageant is still the topic for most people wondering how the veteran host could have committed the error in naming the wrong winner.

In a video by Associated Press on Youtube, Harvey explained that he did not read his entire card when he the announced the winner and again owned up to the mistake:
