International actress Scarlett Johansson is officially a mother after she gave birth to her first child with her journalist fiance, Romain Dauriac.
The couple named their bouncing baby girl ‘Rose’.
According to E! News the couple were waiting to wed until after they welcomed their first child, they went public with their relationship in November 2012 and was engaged in September 2013 after Scarlett was seen with her vintage Art Deco ring at the Venice Film Festival.
In a past interview by ‘Good Morning America’ Scarlett said “I would like to have my own family, that would be nice. They say it’s never the right time, and I am sure that’s true, but I think you have to plan it like anything else.”
“At some point it is something I look forward to, I am fortunate in that I have had a long career, 20 years, that has been very diverse. So, you know, picking a time to plan a family feels like something that I could do and not feel as though I was missing out” the actress added.
