“Eventually, when things are legal. It’s okay when people accept it. Ayoko rin namang biglain ang tao. And I have no time rin naman bilang busy ako sa dami kong ginagawa. I’m just very blessed na tuluy-tuloy ang trabaho. I’m in love with my work and my children, at ngayon, parang I’m in love with myself na rin. Kailangan, e. Parang yun muna. Okey na ako. Focus ako sa career. Parang gusto kong i-remodel ang shop ko, i-remodel ang bahay… I believe everything happens for a reason, kahit gaano pa kasakit, unexpected ang lahat ng nangyari.”
Regine also talked about being a single mother to her two daughters, Reigen and Reigne. She also shared how their family—especially the kids—is coping with the separation.
“Mas magaan lahat, meeting new people, going, travelling. I enjoy being a mom so it’s really exciting. Sometimes it’s hard. Hindi ko maiwasan na may mga times na nakakalungkot, especially when you see other families. Pero okey naman, we have each other at sila (her children) pa yung mas matibay kesa sa akin. And as a matter of fact, parang mas nag-excel kami in every aspects of life.”
