During the said phone patch, it can be observed that Piolo was quite uncomfortable talking to his “crush” who previously referred to him as “Tito.”
The award-winning Kapamilya actor also admitted that he hopes to paired up with Liza for a future project sometime in the future. However, Piolo shared that his unico hijo, Iñigo Pascual remains uncomfortable whenever he talks about his dream project with the teen actress.
“Actually nga, binibigyan ako ng isang soap (opera). Ang sabi, panganay ko daw na anak si Julia Barretto. Sabi ko, ‘Gusto ko nga maka-partner pa si Liza, ibibigay mo sa akin si Julia (as a daughter).’ Tapos pag sinasabi ko (na gusto ko maka-partner) si Liza, nagagalit ‘yung anak ko (Iñigo). (Kasi) mas matanda pa yung anak ko sa kanya (Liza) eh.”
