“Nakakatuwa po and I’m just really thankful for the fans. Sabi nga nila, ako daw po ‘yung nai-imagine nila and all. Kasi ‘di ba Darna, she’s one of the most iconic na roles dito sa atin. Why not?” Nadine said.
It was revealed by director Erik Matti during an interview with DZMM last Saturday (January 16, 2016) that Star Cinema has yet to find an actress who will replace Angel Locsin as Darna. He then suggested to hold an audition for the role since it would require a lot of physical scenes.
