With the success of ABS-CBN teleserye “My Dear Heart”, the cast of the series decided to share their blessings by visiting patients at The Philippine Heart Center.
The whole cast of the series greeted and gave joy to the patients as a way to give back to fans who supported the series, now that it’s ending. The cast gave away basic necessities and toys to the families of sick children inside the hospital.
