World boxing champion and Sarangani congressman Manny Pacquiao formally declared his intention to run for Senate in 2016. The Pambansang Kamao made the announcement Monday (October 5, 2015).
Manny did not mention under which party banner he would be running.
On his Twitter account, radio and podcast host Mo Twister has something to say in connection to Manny’s decision to run for senator and how to win in Philippine elections:
