During the launch of Lenovo’s Hangout campaign where Bb. Pilipinas 2014 MJ Lastimosa was announced as one of the new brand ambassadors of Lenovo, MJ Lastimosa addressed the issue linking her to PBA Star Alex Mallari.
In an exclusive interview with Chisms.net, MJ addressed the issue without any qualms:
“Ako naman. Feeling ko kasi, kapag nakita ka nila in a public place, a parang feeling nila kayo na. Ang bilis ng istorya eh. I think there was a time. It was just an instance that we went out to eat with friends. Not naman na kaming dalawa lang. I think it started na meron daw kaming something but we’re friends. And we’re getting to know each other. Kalma lang.” said MJ.

When asked about her ideal leading man, she answered, “Si Echo (Jericho Rosales), super galing talaga. Talagang idol… Sam Milby is very handsome and talagang he can deliver. And a lot more. Sila Xian Lim, Rayver Cruz. Actually, ang dami kong mga showbiz crushes na sana, in the future, I can work with them.”
Is MJ’s heart already committed to someone? She answered, “Ewan ko ba. Matagal ko ng project yan eh, ” then she laughs.
“Until now wala pa rin so.. Hindi naman ako nagmamadali. Well, I’m open for dating. May mga nakikilala akong bago. They’ll ask me out. I’ll go out naman but smetimes when you’re really busy you can”t really focus on to something di ba?,” added MJ.
When asked if Mallari have any chance, the beauty queen answered, “I don’t know. Maybe. Kapag nagpursigi.”
MJ also expressed her interest in being part of the showbiz industry. “Actually, I think that’s one of the reasons why I’m very half-hearted now of going of spending more time on Davao because I think, wanted to pursue it and I got really challenged. Sabi ko, ang hirap pala ng craft. So you know, I’m willing to learn more and do a lot of workshops. And maybe in the future, there’s gonna be an opportunity for me on TV,” said MJ.
