Miss Saigon’s newest “Gigi” Aicelle Santos is now engaged with reporter Mark Zambrano

According to an article posted by GMA Network, the proposal happened at the Straight Up Roofdeck Bar in Seda Vertis North.

Aicelle who went there to supposedly sing in a birthday event was beyond surprised when he saw Mark holding sunflowers and later proposed to her.
