Former Miss Austria beauty queen Ena Kadic has died after falling off the side of Bergisel mountain in her home town of Tirol while jogging. She was 26.
Ena was rushed to hospital after falling 30 meters. She sufferred serious head trauma and injuries to her lung as well as to her pelvis.
On her Instagram account, Miss World 2013 Megan Young expressed her sadness upon learning of Ena’s fatal accident:
“Rest in peace my dear sister, Ena. She represented Austria in Miss World in 2013. It really saddens me that such a tragic accident had to happen to such a beautiful soul. I am thankful I got to meet you in Bali and stand on the same stage as you. You were a kind hearted and lovely lady. Batch 2013 won’t be the same. Bless your soul, Ena.”
