During an interview on Tonight with Boy Abunda, singer KZ Tandingan was asked by program host Boy Abunda if actor Matteo Guididelli did court her before Matteo and Sarah became an item.
KZ answered no but said she and Matteo are good friends.

In a conversation with CHISMS.net, Matteo confirmed that he and KZ are indeed good and close friends.
“yes, magkaibigan lang talaga kami matagal na. close friends kami. Pareho kaming Cebuano ni KZ” said Matteo.
