The husband of Jolina Magdangal, Mark Escueta gave an update on his family’s condition after the accident that happened early Monday morning (July 10, 2017).
Escueta detailed on a Facebook post what happened before-and-after the accident. He shared that they were on their way to the airport to go to Hong Kong, when the crash happened.

He said, “For those who haven’t heard about what happened, our car was hit from behind last night by a van whose driver had fallen asleep at the wheel.”
“We were at the stoplight in front of the Philippine Heart Center at around 1:30am, on our way to the airport to catch a 5am flight to HongKong.”
Mark Escueta wrote on his post that their windshield was shattered and that the driver of the van was pinned to his seat. He assured fans that both his son and wife are okay. He said that he was just worried because his wife got a bump on the back of her head.
