After a five years of drought without a championship in the men’s basketball league of the UAAP, the Ateneo Blue Eagles made a tremendous comeback against their fierce rivals the The La Salle Green Archers.
Now that their hard work has finally paid off, Filipino businessman and Ateneo alumnus Manny V. Pangilinan vowed to sponsor a free iPhone X to every member of the Ateneo men’s basketball team as a reward for their victory.

In a tweet from The Guidon, the official school newspaper of Ateneo de Manila University. They announced about the promise of Pangilinan to the Blue Eagle members.
