Liza Diño Seguerra, wife of singer Aiza Seguerra expressed her gratitude to PAL LA for upgrading her to business class. Aiza posted on Twitter the unfortunate incident where Liza was denied boarding due to overbooking.

“A last minute upgrade to business class from PAL—whether it’s bec of my mabuhay milesstatus that got me bumped up here or the courtesy extended by PAL LAX because I was denied from boarding last night, I wanna say THANK YOU. Very Much appreciated.”
