Solenn Heussaff and Dennis Trillo collaborated in a music video to commemorate the second year anniversary of Typhoon Yolanda. The two recorded ‘Overdrive’ by Eraserheads to adhere to the environmental advocacy of their upcoming film ‘Lakbay2Love.’
On her Instagram account, Solenn posted a video of their MTV with the following caption:
“In commemoration of the second year anniversary of Typhoon Yolanda and as the primary thrust of our film, Lakbay2Love, we have created a music video featuring Dennis Trillo and myself singing Overdrive by Eraserheads. But we have appropriated the lyrics of the song to coincide with the message of the film. We hope you can share it with your respective social circles as a way of honoring the victims of Yolanda and as a means to disseminate information and encourage action to be part of the solution. Also attached is the press release of the film, Lakbay2Love.”
