Kris Aquino begins her workout to improve heart health

Kris Aquino really walks her talk. The Queen of All Media vowed to do more workout to improve her hearts health after her doctors aviced her to have “healthy work and life balance”.

Kris was hospitalized due to hypertension sometimg August of 2015.

On her Instagram account, Kris posted a photo showing her doing her workout and a photo that shows her new recipe towards a healthy heart:

“To be “in the zone” my target heart rate needed to be in the 90-150 range, my average was 142 Stayed on the elliptical for 35 minutes (I watched an episode of Quantico to help me get through the workout) & achieved 3356 strides.

As you can see, I started fresh, and at the end #NoExcusesNovember #ExerciseForMyHeart”

On a separate post, Kris showed a photo of her new recipe with the following caption:
