Victoria’s Secret Angel and top model Karlie Kloss lost her cool on Philippine Airlines (PAL) when she missed her flight on Monday (June 6, 2016).
Karlie Kloss, who is Taylor Swift’s best friend, expressed her dismay towards Philippine Airlines by posting on Twitter. Though she did not shared much information about the incident, the particular tweet quickly went viral.

The tweet says, “@flyPAL has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME. Most BUDGET AIRLINE. Rude & disrepectful. Shame on You @flyPAL” in which she attached a photo of her looking disappointed with the caption:
“No one [flies] Philippine Airlines… and now I know why”
Few hours later, it seemed that Philippine Airlines have noticed Karlie’s complaint via Twitter by apologizing and asking for the supermodel’s e-mail address and ticket details so that they could resolve the issue.
