Finally, actress and singer Kakai Bautista was declared the winner for week 7 of ‘Your Face Sounds Familiar’ impersonating actress and singer Julie Andrews.
Kakai performed the title song of “The Sound of Music” and she got 39 points for her performance.
“Tinatanong mo kung nagustuhan namin? Mas humigit pa. Tonight, naipakita mo sa lahat kung anong klaseng artista ka. Outstanding” said Gary Valenciano.
“Finally Finally, this is the most eto na yun perfect na performance mo. The first note na lumabas sa bibig mo You nailed it, you claimed it. You were 100% Julie Andrews. Congratulations!” Jed Madela said.
“Ito na ‘yung dinadasal kong matagal na, na makakuha si Kai ng ganitong icon para ma-interpret niya. Yung sinabi ni Jed at ni Kuya Gary, lagpas lagpas pa doon ang puri ko sa’yo tonight. Kaya natutuwa rin ako, like with Denise, na nakikita dito ‘yung kaya mo pang gawin na hindi nakikita ng iba dahil komedyante ka,” Sharon Cuneta told Kakai.
Kakai will be donating half of her winnings to I Am PGH-A Person Giving Hope, a foundation which helps in the renovation of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH).
