Former “Eat Bulaga” host Julia Clarete shared details about her relationship with her husband Gareth McGeown.
In an interview with GMA-7 show “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho”, Clarete revealed to audiences her love story with McGeown. She narrated how she met her husband and that they met at a golf event back around 2011.

She narrated, “Parang in-invite ako to grace the event, e nandun si Papa G. Wow, parang fate! Parang talagang tinadhana. Doon ako nakita ni Papa G. Nakita ko na siya, nakaganun sa akin, sabi ko, parang nakakita ng creature, ng magandang maganadang creature! Tinignan ko na lang siyang ganun. Wala akong interes sa foreigner, e.”
Clarete revealed that it was McGeown who made the first move. She added that their relationship deepened when they attended the party of Allan K.
She sajd, “Dapat kasi magdi-dinner lang kami tapos punta na ako kila Allan K. Tapos, nagkasarapan ng kuwentuhan, hinatak ko siya hanggang doon kela Allan K!”
