Judy Ann Santos mourns passing of surrogate mother

Before she passed away, Nanay Binay celebrated her 69th birthday on January 30 with simple blowout party.

In a guesting on “Umagang Kay Ganda,” Santos-Agoncillo’s mother, Carol, revealed that before she left for Canada, she entrusted her children only to Nanay Binay.
