Actor John Arcilla who played the role of Heneral Luna in the 2015 Filipino historical biopic film of the same title won Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 200,000.00) in Kapamilya Deal or No Deal.
John was left with two briefcase – number 6 which John selected, and briefcase number 19 by Long Mejia with only two amounts left – P 100,000.00 and P 200,000.00.
The banker offered John P 150,000.00 in exchange for his briefcase number 6. But true to his Heneral Luna character, John decided to fight for his briefcase.
The gamble paid off as briefcase number 6 contains the P 200,000.00 prize money.
