“I had this moment with him last Nov 4, 2015. He had just come from therapy. It was just him and me for just a few minutes. He asked me why I wanted to come see him. I apologized for not being able to see him any earlier since his close call in Jan. And I told him I just wanted to check on someone who has been there for me from the start. I said I wanted to thank him for being so consistent in his ways. He smiled briefly and then put his hand over his lips and wept silently; as if to show a sign of gratitude that I’ve never forgotten all he’s done for me.”
Before ending his message, Gary expressed his gratitude and bid farewell to one of the pillars of the entertainment industry. He also mentioned that Kuya Germs will always be remembered for he is someone the showbiz industry will always need.
“Yes Kuya Germs, you were the last of a breed the entertainment industry will always need.”
