International actor George Clooney tied the knot to British human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin last September 29, 2014 in Venice, Italy.
Reports also stated that when it comes to picture taking for the ceremony, the couple set ground rules like the “No Cellphone Policy”. Guests turn in their cell phones when walking in the ceremony. If they needed it, they could go back to the entrance and use it.
This is to avoid pictures getting leaked online because according to TMZ, George Clooney put his wedding pics on the auction block and whoever gives the highest bids gets to feature the wedding pictures.
The money will be going to several human rights charities like the Satellite Sentinel Project, a charity that monitors the movements of militant gangs in Sudan in order to warn civilians. George Clooney is a co-founder of the group, which was launched in the year 2010.
A source connected to George Clooney told TMZ “Every photo in both magazines will be saving a life.”
George’s wedding pics have been sold to People and the British tabloid Hello!
