After knowing each other, the much awaited first date between Erich Gonzales and Daniel Matsunaga had to happen. It was no ordinary date and perhaps it was a date no other girl would have expected.
Most of the time, guys would want to spend the first date alone with his girl but this is not the case with Daniel – Daniel opted to bring his mother with them for their first date.
During their interview with Kris Aquino on her daily morning show Kris TV, Daniel admitted that his first date with Erich was with his mom. The dinner date happened at a Thai restaurant in Makati.
Daniel said he values his family’s approval to see the connection that is why he brought his mom with him and also invited Erich to their place during Julia’s party.
“For me it is really important pag gusto ko isang babaem it is very important for me to have her close to my family. I was not looking for a girlfriend just to have fun but a wife type.” said Daniel.
“I waited three years for a nice relationship and somebody who would have the characteristics that I was looking for in a woman – maganda, malambing, close to my family and God fearing. And that my mom and my sister would approve.” added Daniel.
