Empress also revealed the identity of her non-showbiz boyfriend, his name is Vino Guingona. He is a family friend and they have been going out for a year and he is also from Zamboanga.
Empress said she was accompanied by Vino and her manager Becky Aguila when she decided to tell her pregnancy to her mom.
Her message to her family, friends, her manager and to all her fans:
“I am sorry for disappointing all of you. And at the same time, I would like to thank all of you who despite my condition, you are still there – loving, understanding and supporting me still. I will make it up to all of you.”
