After being granted absolute pardon by President Rodrigo Duterte, Robin Padilla was still denied of his US Visa, preventing him to visit his wife Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla and daughter Isabella in United States.
In an Instagram post, Padilla shared that even though they’ve “begged, pleaded, argued,” US visa was still not given to him.

For whatever reason, the state department is blocking the issuance of his visa. Believe me, I am (almost) as aggravated and frustrated as you.
