The phenomenal team up of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza also known as the AlDub love team, launched their very first “AlDub Library” brought about by their record-breaking concert dubbed “Sa Tamang Panahon Show.”
After garnering a total of 14 million pesos from the ticket sales of the said show back in October 2015, the remarkable on-screen couple pledged to allot funds for the benefit of their chosen recipients; one of which is the Lumban Central Elementary School.

On Friday (January 22, 2016), GMA News uploaded a photo on Instagram capturing the library blessing hosted by Alden, Maine, Lola Nidora (Wally Bayola), and Lola Tinidora (Jose Manalo) held last Thursday (January 21, 2016).
“Binuksan na kahapon ang kauna-unahang #AlDub Library! Kasama sina Lola Nidora at Tinidora, ipina-bless nina @aldenrichards02 at Yaya Dub@mainedcm ang naturang silid-aklatan sa Lumban Central Elementary School, kung saan bukod sa libro at mga bagong lamesa at upuan ay mayroon pang bagong computer sets. Nagsimula ang pagpapagawa ng AlDub Libraries matapos ang matagumpay at makasaysayang “Sa Tamang Panahon Show” sa Philippine Arena noong Oktubre, kung saan nakalikom ng ₱14 million ang Eat Bulaga! mula sa ticket sales. The aforementioned library is one of the several projects AlDub has in store for their beneficiaries.
