Not long after, Atak remembered that Direk Wenn was slowly collapsing and was trying to reach out for the nearest chair to rest on. The comedian said that the moment Direk Wenn sat down, the director blurted the words “Hindi ako makahinga.” Right then and there, Atak called for help from doctors and nurses who were within the area.
Atak shared that there were multiple attempts in reviving the veteran director. The comedian also said that between the 25th and 30th attempt of reviving Direk Wenn, the doctors said Direk Wenn had a heartbeat but after 15 minutes and 60 attempts, the doctors announced Direk Wenn’s passing.
