Ken Valiant Santiago, a medical student and an avid fan of Coldplay bought a ticket to watch the British band’s concert in the Philippines. But unfortunately he cannot make it because of his health condition – Ken has stage 4 cancer.
Instead Ken gave his ticket to his younger brother.

Kheil, older brother of Ken then wrote an open letter requesting if its possible for Coldplay to just say Hi or give a message to his brother Ken.

Ken got more than what he asked for. Not only did Coldplay said Hi or gave a message, ColdPLay lead vocalist Chris Martin went to the hospital to visit his avid fan.
