After being stranded in Manila for three days, Grammy award-winning singer Chris Brown secured an emigration clearance certificate (ECC) on Friday (July 24, 2015). Therefore, he has no other derogatory record aside from the lookout bulletin and was cleared to leave the Philippines.
The rapper was barred from leaving the Philippines on Wednesday morning (July 22, 2015), after holding a successful concert at the Mall of Asia Arena on Tuesday night (July 21, 2015).

On his Instagram account, Brown posted a video of him walking towards a plane, apparently headed for his next show in Macau. He said:
“Manila it was fun, love y’all man. If you’re free to come to Macau – party tonight!”
In a series of videos he earlier posted on his Instagram account, he seems clueless on what is happening. He was also seen begging on his knees and pleading for help. These videos were soon taken down. On his Twitter account, he also proclaimed his innocence. After a series of appeals, he finally leaves the Philippines.
