Parokya ni Edgar lead vocalist Chito Mirada shared on his twitter account that he rejected a two million peso offer to tweet for a presidential candidate. Chito added that he does not know the identity of the said candidate since it was agency who contacted him.
Chito revealed that he rejected the offer because he wants to support Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago for free.

Chito jokingly tweeted that he is also open to the idea of supporting the other candidates like Lucifer, Inter-Galactic and the one who claims to be the husband of Kris Aquino.
