The search for the next Miss Amazon 2015 last January 30, 2015 in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil ended in spite and allegations of cheating when a runner-up tore the sash and took the crown from the winning contestant.
While waiting for the final announcement of who was the fairest of them all, the final two stood beside each other, holding hands and smiling.

But when Carolina Toledo’s name was announced and was declared the winner, her rival, Sheislane Hayalla was so disappointed with the result that she attacked Carolina, getting hold of the sash and the crown.
The video of the coronation night where Sheislane’s reaction is seen went viral; “In Manaus money is the boss and I’m showing the people of Amazonas that money is not in charge here, she did not deserve it” spoke Sheislane’s in the video.
“There were more prepared contestants [than the winner], and they do not regret what I did because it was not against them but against the coordination of the competition” Sheislane added.
Meanwhile, the winner, Carolina believes that she deserves the title because she got it by her efforts and sacrifices; she even said that she can actually sleep with a clear conscience.
