During the 20th anniversary concert special of ASAP at the Mall of Asia Arena, Bituin Escalante was among the returning performers of the said show.
As she took the stage with fellow singers Lani Misalucha, Angeline Quinto, Nina, Kyla and Juris, the audience was puzzled at the end of the given singers’ performance because suddenly Bituin walked to the far end of the stage and stayed there until the song was finished.

The audience took this that Bituin walked-out from the performance.
But in a Facebook post, Bituin clarified that she did not walked out from her “ASAP” number, according to her post, singers Lani Misalucha, Angeline Quinto, Nina, Kyla, Juris and her was supposed to go back to the second position on the last verse of the song.
She said that some might haven’t been informed about the blockings or they simply just forgot it, just what Bituin said, it happens.
