Isang babaeng estudyante ang nakitang nag-aaral sa Naga River upang makasagap ng libreng WiFi signal mula sa isang katabing hotel. Dahil sa pandemya ay ipinagbawal ang face-to-face class sa buong bansa upang maiwasan at mapigilan ang pagkalat ng virus.
Sa isang photo post ni Facebook user Essel Bermundo ay ibinahagi niya ang pag-aaral ng estudyante sa tulay at ito ang kanyang salaysay:

As of today, many Local and National media stations had featured this photo of mine and yes, this is an eye-opener to everyone that this situation does exist. I am honored that through my post our Kabataan’s voices were heard.
I gladly announce that our Local Government of the City of Naga through the help of Mayor Nelson Legacion and Sir Ruel Oliver will offer the installation of FREE PUBLIC WIFI on Barangay Peñafrancia and will also include the 27 Barangays in Naga City.
